Thus the story begins with the project CUBIC PIPERA RESIDENCE located in Pipera (CENTRALA), i.e. on Pipera Road No.1 and here we decided to come with 100% transparency and present each stage of the project, almost completed.

1. Structure
- structure of reinforced concrete poles and beams;
- reinforced concrete boards;
- 36cm brick exterior masonry,
- 14cm brick interior masonry.
2. Facade: thermosystem density 100, thickness 10cm plus structured plaster KAPAROL;
3. VEKA thermopan, 4LowE glass, ROTO hardware;
4. Lift ValCris with basement station and on each floor;
Utilities and facilities:
- Access to the building is secure, code-based intercom and magnetic cards;
- all utilities are individually metered for each apartment, meters at the exit of the apartment and functional connections to public utility networks;
- inside there are sockets and cables through walls for internet, cable TV, telephone in each room;
- prewiring for AC;
- the building is connected to the internet/cable TV network;
- each apartment has arranged the place of the washing machine: drain, water, electric current;
- Two-way ventilation fans are installed in the bathrooms: tainted air/fresh air;
- The building is equipped with video surveillance system for the basement, the common interior spaces on the ground floor and the outdoor perimetral spaces.
- on the ground floor there is a service room for the video and/or storage system server;
Water supply system:
- each apartment has a cold water apometer fitted;
- the building is equipped with a WATER pumping system with GWS hydrophorus;

- Pedestrian access through the block ladder and with the elevator with direct basement station
- car access through the ramp equipped with de-icing system and controlled access with remote control and traffic light;
