Because we know that you are different and appreciate the elegant things, we welcome you with a generous lobby area, about 150 sqm and with a height of 6 ml, as with all hotels of 5 *****, modern decorated with marble, glass inserts, comfortable sofas and reception services 24 hours a day.
We have thought of all the necessary facilities, so that your holiday is as you wish, and the Nuba restaurant on the ground floor awaits you for an energizing breakfast, a lunch or an elegant dinner with a glass of wine.
We are waiting for you 12 months / year in the SPA area, which includes heated pool, jacuzzi, massage, sauna and fitness room equipped with modern equipment and extended program.
Analyzing the trends of recent years, we noticed that a large number of tourists try to enjoy the sea and outside the summer season. For this reason, we have decided that all apartments benefit from underfloor heating, programmable from mobile phone. We will also offer as many facilities, services and luxury shops on the ground floor of the buildings, so that you can enjoy quality time spent by the sea all year round.
The hotel, including the restaurant, fitness room, children's playground, shopping gallery, SPA, are open 12 months / year, so that we organize extraordinary parties on New Year's Eve, Easter, Valentine's Day, etc.
If you are thinking of having property as an investment, being apartments in a 5 ***** hotel, we can proceed in 2 ways (optional):
1. We can guarantee a rental yield of 8% / year, for the first 4 years ( Applied to the standard price, regardless of the payment method, so the yield can reach 12%/year). When we sign the promise of sale, you also sign the lease with Nordis. Nordis will pay that rent starting june 29, 2020, and the difference, remains with us. Just like it is at Hotel Alpin in Poiana Brasov.
2. Nordis rents it in hotel mode (guest pick-up, cleaning, washing towels and linens, etc.) and pays the rent for each night used. For our services we receive 29% of every night rented.
