I propose for investment 2 plots of land within the built-up area, buildable in Manolache Village, Comauna Glina 1 km from the A0.
The lots are unfenced and have 5262 sqm and 6870 sqm, respectively, the total sales area is 12,132 sqm. Of these, 944 sqm are located outside the built-up area of Glina Commune.
The land is free of encumbrances. They have all the documents up to date.
Both plots of land have Urban Planning Certificates issued in August 2024 and can be made available to interested persons. From the Urban Planning Certificates we have extracted some regulations.
