Atria Urban Resort is a new concept of residential community composed of apartment buildings that can be bought directly from the developer, realized in collaboration with the London company JTP Architects, specialized in community planning.

Located in the northwest of Bucurestii Noi neighborhood, sector 1, in the Straulesti Lake area and Colosseum Retail Park. The ensemble will total 1,400 apartments that the developer will build in four stages; two having already been raised.

The first two of the four stages are completed, residents of the first phase, consisting of one hundred and sixty apartments (studios, two and three rooms), a private park and a pool dedicated to residents, have been living in the Atria district since the end of January 2020. Phase two residents have been moving into their apartments since January 2022. The Atria Urban Resort neighborhood is connected to all the city's utilities, and the third phase is already in the works! The concept remains unitary, but buildings will be equipped with more sustainable materials and equipment for a better world!
